Fort Steuben Scout Reservation is a Nationally Accredited Boy Scout Camp operated by the Ohio River Valley Council. Nestled among the hills in Eastern Ohio the camp is a wonderful example of the beauty of the Ohio River Valley. Containing more than 20 miles of trails through pristine forest and the 1800 acre Lake Clendening. The summers days are mild and the evenings cool.
Fort Steuben boasts an award winning Dining Hall experience where scouts can take a break from swimming, boating, creating works of art, or shooting rifles, shotguns, archery, or black powder at our state of the art Shooting Sports Complex. If natural studies are more your thing, Fort Steuben offers an excellent Ecology program set in the area’s diverse ecosystem. In the evenings you can enjoy one of our camp-wide games, programs at the amphitheater, OA Ceremonies, or a quiet fire back at the campsite.
Summer Camp is where life-long memories are made, where lasting friendships are forged, and where scouts become the leaders of tomorrow. On behalf of the Ohio River Valley Council BSA, we would like to invite you and your unit to join us this summer for an outdoor experience unlike any other.
